CPR & First Aid
Description: This course combines lectures, demonstrations and video with hands-on training and practice. Participants in this course learn to recognize and respond to emergencies including shock, cardiac and breathing emergencies for adults, children and infants, heat and cold emergencies, sudden illnesses and poisonings. Additionally, participants will learn first aid for everything from cuts and scrapes to muscle, bone and joint injuries. This is an American Red Cross accredited class. The cost for both CPR & First Aid is $40 per person.
Description: This course provides an overview of the Chirurgeonate Policy and Procedure. Participants will learn there obligations and limitations of being Chirurgeon. We will review the handbook, Good Samaritan Law and Fighters' Rights. Participants will learn how to fill out Incident Report Forms and Event Report forms.
Description: This course combines lecture and demonstration armor removal from an injured fighter. Participants will learn about Fighters' Rights and a general overview of basic armor anatomy and how it is held together. Participate will also learn how to remove armor from an injured fighter without causing more harm to the fighter and/or themselves.
Blood borne Pathogens
Description: This course provides an overview of Disease Transmission and how to prevent it.
